Akm Boby is a qualified chartered certified accountant (FCCA) with over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. His career includes roles as Senior Finance positions at various organisations and sectors such as IBI Group, iMedia, Sacoor Brothers, Essex County Council , ICAS to name a few . Boby sits on the board of BPP-TECH group and CDC group and ESG Foundation as a Non-Executive Director. Boby’s expertise spans various industries, demonstrating his leadership and proficiency in streamlining financial operations and delivering results in fast-paced environments. 

He holds a SMP qualification from University of Cambridge and a BSc from Oxford Brookes University. Boby is currently attending an Executive Diploma (Masters) in Strategy & Innovation from University of Oxford.

John Dalrymple is a qualified chartered certified accountant (FCCA). Having trained in audit with Grant Thornton, John has operated in senior finance positions for over 10 years. John’s c-suite level experience can be used to support all areas of accounting and finance, from fundraising down to processes and controls. John has served as the CFO of Taveo Group & Adimo as well as operating on a fractional basis for a number of SME’s. John specialises in Entrepreneurial environments, tight cash flow parameters and has worked in SaaS, financial services and oil & gas.

John holds a Masters degree from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor’s from Oxford Brookes University.

Maz is a highly accomplished Fellow Chartered certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 16 years of professional industry experience. Maz has a proven record in managing business-critical financial operations within fast-paced corporate ecosystems, consulting executives and stakeholders on accounting best practices and processes, empowering organisations to uplift revenues through robust financial strategies and exceeding expectations set by colleagues and senior leaders. Maz holds a Masters in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

MS Shihab is a Qualified Chartered certified accountant (FCCA) with over 14 years of experience in financial leadership, project management, and business transformation. He holds a BBA (Hons) in Accounting & Information Systems and has a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. Shihab has held senior finance roles in dynamic organisations, where he led financial restructuring initiatives and managed cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency. He is skilled in preparing statutory accounts for both not for profit and commercial entities, consolidating group financials, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including VAT and Tax.

Omar Faroque is a finance graduate from Oxford Brookes University and a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). He is also an ACCA finalist, bringing over a decade of proven experience in accounting and finance to the table. His professional journey has taken him through a diverse range of prestigious national and multinational organisations, spanning both the public and private sectors.

Omar’s extensive expertise has been honed through roles in key industries including technology retail, insurance, investment banking, and the public health sector. His depth of knowledge and ability to adapt have allowed him to develop a comprehensive suite of transferable skills.

Suman graduated with a degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and is an ACCA finalist. He has a proven track record of handling Irish taxation matters for small and medium-sized businesses, with extensive expertise in areas such as business start-up registration with the CRO & Revenue, payroll, bookkeeping, annual accounts preparation, tax compliance, income tax and corporation tax preparation, tax research, planning and advice, as well as voluntary strike-offs, insolvency, and liquidations.

Suman is highly skilled in managing schedules, directing teams, and overseeing closing processes, demonstrating a strong grasp of accounting principles and regulatory compliance. His ability to prepare comprehensive reports, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensures seamless service delivery. 

Philip Maher is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with
over 25 years of experience across practice and industry, specialising
in financial advisory, corporate finance, and sustainability consulting. His career spans senior roles at leading firms such as Mazars and Deloitte, where he provided strategic, commercial, and restructuring advice to SMEs across various sectors including manufacturing, construction, and tourism.

Philip is a current member of the ACCA Global Council. He formerly
chaired the ACCA Ireland Committee, reflecting his leadership within the professional accounting community. Deeply committed to sustainability and ESG transformation, he holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Development from Trinity College Dublin and actively contributes to advancing sustainable finance in business.

With a strong foundation in corporate finance and a passion for guiding businesses through strategic transitions, Philip brings a wealth of insight, credibility, and leadership to the Cora Accounting's Advisory team.

Ahnaf has completed his BBA and MBA from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. Afterwards he has accomplished Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Management Accountants, USA. He is also a Certified Islamic Finance Model Specialist.
With a deep passion for Finance and a track record of effective communication and coordination in MNC's, Ahnaf has developed a solid foundation in international relations and cross-cultural communication. 
He has been working with various International Trade bodies and embassies on various capacities.
